$110 million property purchase G Acción SA de CV, Hines Interests LP
G Accion SA de CV has acquired approximately 31.7 square kilometres of industrial and urban real estate from Hines Interests lp (Hines) for more than $100 million. The purchased properties are Torre del Angel office building in Mexico City, Parque Industrial Tecnologico in Guadalajara and an industrial portfolio in Parque Industrial Queretaro. Hines will continue to manage all of them. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This is the largest real estate deal in Mexico so far.
