Quentin Lagier focuses on corporate transactions, particularly national and international mergers and acquisitions; private equity; and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Quentin practiced at the Shanghai office of a major French law firm. During this period, he acquired significant experience advising on the creation of companies in China, the purchase of shares in Chinese companies, and the taxation of import-export companies in China. He has also conducted internships at a U.S. law firm in Paris and a German bank.
