Ms Jasleen K Oberoi

Ms Jasleen K. Oberoi is a Partner with New Delhi office of Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. since 2008 and works with the Litigation team. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Delhi University.  Jasleen commenced her stint at the Bar with the Chambers of the Central Government, Standing Counsel, High Court of Delhi. Following this, she was associated with Dua Associates, Delhi offices for seven years, and left as a Partner to join Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. Jasleen specializes in Corporate Litigations, Commercial Arbitrations, Mergers and Acquisitions and General Corporate Advisory Practice.

Jasleen has been an active Litigator and has extensively practiced in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Court and legal fora including Company Law Board, Telecom Disputes Appellate Tribunal, Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Forum, amongst others. Jasleen has represented leading Indian corporates as well as various multi-national companies. Jasleen also has considerable experience in Transactional work and Real Estate Advisory Practice. She has advised on structuring transactions, prepared documentation and been involved in negotiations in various Corporate and Real Estate acquisitions and deals.
