Mr Shardul S Shroff

Shardul Shroff, as the Managing Partner, has catalyzed several practice areas of the Firm out of its New Delhi office. His specializations include mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, disinvestments and privatization of government shares, project finance, corporate finance, structured finance, insolvency, corporate reconstruction and Infrastructure projects (especially Oil & Gas, Airport Privatisations, Aviation, Power, Telecom, Ports and Roads). He has been instrumental in developing the media law, technology law and telecom law practice of the Firm and has served on a number of several high-powered committees appointed by the Government of India, including on various economic and corporate legislations.
