Mr Peter Schradieck

Peter Schradieck focuses almost entirely on pre-trial work and the conduct of major litigation and arbitration proceedings in the areas of contract law, construction law and marketing law. He conducts proceedings before both the ordinary courts, including injunction proceedings before the enforcement courts, and before Danish Arbitration, other institutional and ad hoc arbitration tribunals and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board.

Peter Schradieck previously worked six years in the areas of IP law and life science.

In March 2008 Peter Schradieck gained a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and he has also been appointed an external examiner in connection with the compulsory litigation exam to be taken by Danish assistant attorneys.
