Mr Adit Pujari

Mr. Adit S. Pujari joined Amarchand Mangaldas in July 2010, and works with the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. He obtained his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.

Adit has worked on several civil and commercial litigation matters pertaining to Company Law, Consumer Protection Law, Contract Law, Electricity Laws, Telecommunications laws and Petroleum and Mining Laws, as a part of the firm. He regularly appears in the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board.
