Rob Deans heads up Clyde & Co's intellectual property practice the Middle East, and both he and the team have been consistently praised in a number of independent industry reviews as the leading IP practitioners in the UAE.

Rob has been practising in the Middle East since 2003, when he joined Clyde & Co from a leading IP-specialist international law firm.  He qualified as a solicitor in England in 1994 and then spent a number of years in Hong Kong where he gained a range of experience across all areas of IP.

Rob's practice coves both contentious and non-contentious IP work and, based out of Dubai in the UAE, he has experience in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights across the Middle East.
