Siddhartha Datta has over 9 years of general litigation and dispute resolution practice experience. He has exposure to a number of facets of litigation practice and has been involved in the Firm’s High Court (original and appellate), Supreme Court, and domestic and international arbitration practices.
Siddhartha has worked on and managed/conducted varied complex civil corporate commercial litigations, very often involving international issues. He has wide experience in handling court matter in relation to and arising out of national and international arbitrations such as interim relief, challenge and enforcement of domestic and foreign awards. He has handled matters concerned with Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act. He has advised widely and engaged in litigation in the area of protection of confidential information and data. He has been involved in corporate and financial crime matters and regulatory/enforcement matters handled by the firm.
