Peter Fogh is a partner in the Construction Law Department.
Peter Fogh is especially interested in and has worked with projects with international aspects. In this connection he has advised Danish and foreign clients, Danish shipbuilders and Danish shipping companies on contracts for new building projects, ship financing and other project financing.
Since 1990, Peter Fogh has also provided consultancy services and handled legal
and arbitration proceedings regarding national and international construction
projects. Peter Fogh has been involved in the largest building and construction
projects in Denmark since 1992, including The Great Belt Fixed Link, the Øresund
Bridge linking Denmark and Sweden and the Metro project in Copenhagen.
