Ms Ruchi A Mahajan

Ms. Ruchi Agnihotri Mahajan, is a Partner at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co, Advocates & Solicitors, New Delhi, India. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Bachelor of Law (BA LL.B) from Delhi University.  Prior to joining the firm of Amarchand & Mangaldas she worked with Ms. Prathiba .M. Singh, a reputed Intellectual Property Lawyer in the Delhi High Court for one year. She is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi High Court Bar Association. From the years 2000-2006, she has been working in Amarchand & Mangaldas, and after a stint of independent practice, once again re-joined the Firm in April’2008. She has extensive experience in Dispute Resolution in the Delhi High Court as well in the Supreme Court of India and in specialized Tribunals such as the Debts Recovery Tribunals, Company Law Board. She also has experience in Domestic Commercial Arbitrations. Her dispute resolution experience is in the areas of general corporate and commercial litigation with special emphasis on schemes of merger and amalgamation, reduction of Capital, arbitrations, original side work in the Delhi High Court, broadcasting laws, securitization laws and litigations relating to economic offences.
