ELIZABETH STORCH is a partner in the New York office, practicing in the area of litigation, with a focus on antitrust and contract matters, securities transactions and investment banking arrangements. Her practice has also encompassed a wide range of securities law matters including the defense of securities industry practices in multidefendant class actions as well as clearing broker and customer broker disputes. She has advised corporations, underwriters, utilities and other organizations with respect to disclosure issues under the securities laws and antitrust issues.

Additionally, she represented the Business Roundtable and the National Association of Manufacturers in connection with preparing and supporting an industry sponsored proposal for the reform of requirements relating to the disclosure of forward-looking information. She also has been involved in a wide variety of commercial matters, including major federal court litigation relating to transfer agent duties under Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
