Sabrina Fetea is an attorney at law with Schoenherr Romania, where she specialises in corporate/M&A. She has assisted foreign and domestic entities on business takeovers in all phases of a project, merger and spin-off procedures, as well as on corporate compliance matters. Her clients portfolio includes companies active in a variety of industries, including energy and insurance. She has also been involved in infrastructure and public procurement projects. Sabrina is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2014. She is a graduate of Universitatea de Vest Timisoara, Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences (2011), as well as of the Vasile Goldis University Arad, Faculty of Humanities, Political and Administrative Sciences (2010), and she holds a master's degree in European Law from the Faculty of Law, Maastricht University (2012).

Further, the Companies Law requires companies to maintain a certain level of net assets. However, an increasing number of companies on the Romanian market are struggling with low net assets to total asset ratios. Luckily, such companies can redress their situation through a share capital increase, which is a straightforward procedure.
