Challenging Rent Agreements

February 24 2000

The period for challenging a rent agreement without a time limit begins once the contract is concluded. If the contract is limited, however, this period ends six months after the contract ended or became a contract without time limit.

With respect to challenging rent agreements, there is no difference between contracts without a time limit and contracts with an unenforceable time limit. The latter contracts can also be challenged for up to three years after their conclusion.
