$71 million acquisition TNT NV, Expresso Araçatuba Transportes e Logística
TNT NV has agreed to acquire Expresso Araçatuba Transportes e Logística for a total consideration of $71 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
The initial purchase of 51% of the shares was made in May 2009. The remaining 49% of the shares will be purchased in May 2010.
