$50 million acquisition Marfrig Alimentos SA, Grupo Zenda
Marfrig Alimentos has closed its takeover of Grupo Zenda for a consideration of $50 million.
Under the terms of the agreement, Marfrig has bought a 51% stake in Zenda and will acquire the remaining 49% in tranches over the next three years.
