Barry Glazer is a partner in the London office of Dorsey &
Whitney. Dorsey is a US-based firm with international offices
in Canada, Asia and Europe.
During his time at the firm, Mr Glazer has lived and practised
law in the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium and
France. His particular expertise is in the area of international
corporate and commercial transactions, especially in connection
with European and international operations. He typically advises
on a broad range of corporate issues affecting multinational
companies, ranging from the establishment of business
operations to mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures,
as well as providing expertise on commercial transactions
and regulatory issues, such as data privacy regulations.
Mr Glazer’s varied practice and years of experience have
allowed him to become a trusted adviser to in-house counsel
in a number of companies in connection with their international
operations, and has earned him a mention in the UK edition of
Legal 500
. He has practical managerial experience in serving
as co-head of Dorsey’s London office and is a member of the
firm’s policy committee. Mr Glazer is also fluent in French.
