Daniel Hemming is an Associate in RPC's commercial disputes practice.  He trained at RPC, remaining with the firm on qualifying in 2010.  Daniel has a broad experience of both general commercial litigation and arbitration.  He has been involved in a wide range of matters, including substantial arbitration proceedings based in Bulgaria and international insurance coverage disputes.  His practice now includes tax dispute resolution, and he has represented clients before the specialist tax tribunals and higher courts, including the recently established UK Supreme Court.
