Dr. Marc Störing is member of the IP/IT team in Cologne. He advises national and international businesses on all matters relating to information technology, particularly on IT outsourcing, data protection and intellectual property.
Marc created award-winning software before studying at the University of Bochum. Later, he combined his technical and juridical knowledge and focused on data protection and -security, liability of ISPs and lawful interception. Marc’s PhD-theses about “lawful interception of e-mail-communication” gained much attention among experts.
After completing stages at Google and one of the world's leading law firms, Marc joined Osborne Clarke in 2008. He is member of the Cologne Bar Association and frequently publishes articles, both in recognized juridical and technical magazines.
