Ms Yulia Yanyuk

Yulia Yanyuk is an associate with Asters. She focuses on corporate, commercial and contractual law, IP law and IT law with a particular emphasis on personal data protection and employment.

At Asters Yulia Yanyuk has advised among others Coca-Cola Ukraine, Huntsman, James Walker, L'Oreal, Metro Cash & Carry, Molson Coors, Novartis, Schneider Electric Ukraine, Siemens AG, Visa, Velux, WizzAir on variety of matters related to corporate structuring, contract law, intellectual property, regulatory, employment and other issues.

Prior to joining Asters Yulia worked as an associate and IT Law Practice Coordinator in AstapovLawyers International Law Group. Prior to that, Yulia Yanyuk was holding a position of an associate in law firm Magisters in corporate and M&A department, and completed internship with the Commercial Court of city of Kyiv.

Ms. Yanyuk graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University (2008) and received her LL.M. in Information Technology Law from Stockholm University (2010). She speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian.
