Specialisation

Specialises in telecom and IT, mergers and acquisitions, and international contracts.
Advises leading national and multinational groups (British Telecom, Siemens, Nokia Siemens Network, BCG, JM, Dell and others) in their ICT and corporate legal needs. In particular, advises, on an ongoing basis, British Telecom in its legal needs and in the setting up of several large joint ventures and investments in Italy in the mobile, fixed-line and internet sectors. Advises Nokia, Siemens and many multinationals in various M&A, outsourcing and JV projects aswell in ICT matters.
