Benjamin Borsodi is a partner in our Dispute Resolution Group in Geneva. His areas of practice include commercial litigation, white-collar crime, international mutual assistance, asset tracing, and corporate criminal liability.
He studied at the University of Geneva and graduated with a degree in economics in 1994 and a law degree in 1996. Benjamin Borsodi was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 1999 and in New York in 2001 after earning a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000. Prior to joining us in 2002, he worked in the Zurich and Geneva offices of another business law firm.
Benjamin Borsodi is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the vice-president of the AIJA's Commercial Fraud Commission. He also serves in other professional associations, such as the International Bar Association (IBA), the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA), and the Association Genevoise du Droit des Affaires (AGDA). He has authored and co-authored publications on international legal assistance in criminal matters and other white-collar issues.
