Eliot Turner is an associate in the Houston office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., where he works with the Firm's Litigation practice group. Eliot rejoined the firm in 2012 after completing two federal clerkships. From 2010 to 2011, Eliot clerked for Judge Phyllis Kravitch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Atlanta, and from 2009 to 2010, he clerked for Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth of U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

While at The University of Texas, Eliot was an Articles Editor of the Texas Law Review and a member of the school's Supreme Court Clinic. In the spring of 2004, Eliot took courses in Mexican politics and history at the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. At Rice University, he was a captain of the Rice men's soccer team.

Eliot was admitted to the Texas bar in 2008. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
