Bruno Floriani has been practicing law with our firm since becoming a member of the Bar in 1984. His participation in numerous transactions has provided him with specific expertise in licensing and technology law, as well as franchising and international licensing law. He also possesses extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having concluded transactions for both foreign and Quebec-based companies. As a delegate of our firm to TerraLexTM, a worldwide network of international law firms, he has developed a sizeable network of contacts outside Canada.
Bruno provides services to a vast range of business clients, from large corporations and public companies to SMEs.
He has also worked with several international organizations, including UNIDROIT of the United Nations, in the elaboration of various studies and comparative analyses of the laws of various jurisdictions relating to certain specific industries.
