Expertise

Intellectual property, unfair competition and copyright law.

Advises clients, in particular from the pharmaceutical and automotive industries, on all aspects of intellectual property as well as competition and copyright law. Special expertise in patent law (including the law of employee inventions).

Her main focus is on litigation, in particular cross-border infringement proceedings, non-litigious and strategic advice. Broad experience regarding IP related matters in corporate transactions.

Member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR), the Association of Intellectual Property Experts (VPP) and the German-British Jurists’ Association (DBJV).
