Mr Camille Pecnard

Camille is an IP lawyer and an associate of Lovells Paris office, which he joined in 2006. His legal practice focuses on the transactional and litigation aspects of intellectual property law, in particular trade marks, authors' rights, patents and unfair competition/parasitism. Camille was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006. He holds an LL.M. in intellectual property and information technology from Bond University (Queensland, Australia) and a master's degree in business law from the University of Paris II (France).

Representative Experience

  • Advising within the framework of a litigation based on parasitism on behalf of a manufacturer of game construction bricks for kids against a furniture manufacturer reproducing the shape of said bricks;
  • Advising within the framework of a software infringement litigation on behalf of a company specialized in industrial lifting against one of its subcontractors.
  • Advising within the framework of an intellectual property rights audit on behalf of a company specialized in interior design and decoration and negotiating of the intellectual property-related matters for acquiring said company;
