Jesse W. Markham, Jr., is a partner in the Baker & Miller San Francisco office. He previously co-chaired the antitrust practices of Morrison & Foerster, and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Mr. Markham served as deputy attorney general in Massachusetts and later in California. He is a past Chair of the California State Bar Antitrust & Unfair Competition Law Section. Mr. Markham is a recognized scholar, previously holding the Marshall P. Madison Professor of Law chair at the University of San Francisco Law School, which he left to take a visiting professorship at the University of California at Berkeley.
