Octavio started acquiring experience on patent matters In 2005, and since then he has been exercising as a consultant on patent analysis, namely in the areas of mechanics, electrics, industrial designs and computer-implemented inventions. Octavio has been the head of the Docketing and Rights Maintenance Department of the Firm. Today, he is the leader of the patents and technology team at BC&B and also manages the Technology Transfer Office.
