Maury works on cases related to strategic HR decisions, such as hiring, layoffs, reviews and the development of compensation packages; internal policies; and profit sharing and stock option plans. Regarding social security, he advises clients on issues related to costing, assisting companies in planning and inspections. He is active in conducting due diligence and managing labor and employment aspects in M&A transactions and the establishment of foreign companies in Brazil, including immigration issues.
