In her career, she has accumulated a significant number of successful cases involving hiring, compensation, and dismissal of employees; profit sharing plans; representation of clients before the Labor Prosecutor’s Office and other Brazilian authorities; labor due diligence in merger and acquisition transactions; and representation of companies in negotiations with labor unions throughout the country. Patricia also acts in the management of labor and employment projects covering several regions of Latin America.
