Whilst nearing three decades of experience, Mustafa Motiwala heads the Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution practice as well as the Mumbai office of the firm. Mustafa’s practice covers the full spectrum of litigation and alternate dispute resolution. A substantial part of Mustafa’s practice involves insolvency and bankruptcy law, commercial disputes, real estate laws, intellectual property rights, media and entertainment laws, succession law, marine and a special focus on financial disputes and white-collar crimes. With several partners recognized as leading experts in their field and acknowledged by industry peers for their in-depth expertise, together with highly trained teams, the firm is able to provide clients with bespoke solutions and exceptional service.
