Jonathon acts for a broad spectrum of clients, including state entities, banks and financial institutions, corporates, and private individuals.  He has been involved in a number of high-profile High Court litigation matters, including banking cases and a number of cases relating to the operation and close-out of transactions written under the ISDA Master Agreement.  He also has a wealth of experience with warranty claims and other common law contractual disputes across a wide variety of sectors, as well as in contentious schemes of arrangement.
