Dickon advises on all aspects of private family law, including divorce and separation, financial claims, pre- and post- nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and all issues regarding private children law including surrogacy. He has particular expertise in complex cases with an international dimension, and has acted for a number of high net worth and well-known individuals for whom discretion and privacy are all-important considerations.
He was named Young Lawyer of the Year at the Spear's Wealth Management Awards 2016. He is also named as a 'Rising Star' in the Spear's 500 2016/17 guide to the top trusted advisors for high net worth individuals. Dickon is a frequently published commentator on family law issues, and has presented for LexisNexis as part of their live online seminar series. He is an active member of Resolution.
Dickon read Politics and Modern History at the University of Manchester. He then undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law where he won the Oxford University Press prize for finishing top of the year. Dickon undertook his LPC at the Oxford Institute for Legal Practice.
He joined Forsters in January 2017, having previously worked at Penningtons Manches and Wedlake Bell.
