Mr. Fernandes is a naval architect, with practice and experience in the areas of logistics and trade in oil, oil products and natural gas, focusing on maritime transportation.

Professor of the Maritime Law course at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV / RJ) and Maritime Transport at the Brazilian Petroleum Institute (IBP).

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio de Janeiro (OAB / RJ); Member of the OAB-RJ Port and Maritime Law Commission; Member of the Ibero-American Institute of Maritime Law (IIDM / BR); Regional Council of Engineering and Architecture (CREA-RJ).
