Paulo’s practice focuses on technology, financial products, and transactional work related to innovative industries. He holds a PhD from the São Paulo Catholic University (PUC/SP), where he teaches business law and technology law. Paulo was the chairman of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communications (ABDTIC). He is a current member of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), having served for 6 years as a member of the Board of Directors. He published several books and is the co-editor of the law journal “Direito Empresarial na Economia Digital” (Business Law in the Digital Economy).
