He assists and represents clients with regards to antitrust matters as well as competition law enforcement procedures. He has wide ranging experience in international distribution, including franchising.
Christophe is also a member of Kellerhals Carrard’s IP Team, and in that respect, Christophe is particularly aware of the sensitive issues at the intersection between IP and competition law.
