Alvin Hiromasa Shiozaki has broad international experience advising multinational companies over his legal career. Alvin focuses his practice in competition / antitrust law, and he has played a leading role in defending many clients against investigations by JFTC and other competition law authorities in multiple jurisdictions.  Alvin also advises clients on cross-border investments into Japan and M&A, luxury hotel management and operations, compliance, whistleblower reporting and employment law.
