Patrick O’Brien is a Patent Attorney with over 5 years experience in patent and design litigation across a broad spectrum of fields, including the mechanical, mining, metallurgical, electrical, chemical and pharmaceutical fields. He holds a BEng (Hons) (Chem) degree from the University of Pretoria and an LLB from the University of South Africa, and is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
