Following clearance from the Agency for Post and Electronic Communications, on July 27 2011 the concentration arising from the acquisition of control of Bnet by VIPnet received clearance from the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA).

Based on the information available, the CCA considered that the planned transaction would not trigger anti-competitive concerns. The market share gained by VIPnet will not create or strengthen a dominant position; on the contrary, the CCA held that it will strengthen competition on the Croatian telecommunications and television market.
