Indonesia's director general of oil and gas has issued a decree to implement the Regulation on Oil and Gas Supporting Business Activities (27/2008). Decree 15784.K/10/DJM.S/2010 presents guidelines for the issuance of registration certificates.
Essentially, the decree regulates:
On the former procedure, the decree stipulates the information that a registration certificate must contain and the administrative requirements for its application. On the latter procedure, the decree stipulates that the additional business field application may be submitted no earlier than three months after the issuance of the certificate.
The decree, which became effective on July 25 2010, repeals Decree 8298.K/10/DJM.T/2009.
