Pursuant to Inland Revenue Measure 51770 of April 30 2013, insurers must now log data concerning natural persons who have paid life and accident insurance premiums, as well as data and information concerning parties to insurance contracts (excluding those concerning third-party liability and accessory guarantees), in a new data exchange system.
The deadline for logging relevant 2012 data is December 4 2013. Starting with 2013 data, the annual deadline will be April 30 of the following year.
The measure is intended to streamline and update the record-logging system by introducing procedures to improve transmission flows and quality control of data.
