The fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic looks set to cast a long shadow over the Brazilian aviation sector in 2020. The government has announced plans to assist airlines, but nothing has been finalised as yet. In addition, the possible relief efforts look set to affect Brazil's adherence to the Cape Town Convention and the Montreal Convention.
